What is your return / cancellation policy?
babette.ca is committed to making sure you are happy.
non-physical Items + services are FINAL SALE + samples = NON-REFUNDABLE
Refunds and exchanges are not anticipated as I work hard to exceed customer expectations. However, should you want to exchange or return an item you've received for any reason, the request will be honoured for items in their original undamaged condition. request can be made up to 10 days after the purchase is delivered, less shipping.

Cancellation of services:
you can cancel or reschedule your session up to 48 hours prior to your appointment and receive a full refund.
Missed sessions or late cancellations (<48 hours before session) are subject to a charge in the amount of 75% of original cost.
What is your Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
in stock are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
made to order + custom orders can take up to 3 weeks to be processed and shipped.
orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping methods, rates & delivery estimates (DOMESTIC)
all shipments domestic shipments are made via CanadaPost. shipping charges are a flat fee of $15.
domestic delivery times can range from 2-7 days within Canada. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, you will be notified via email.
International shipping policy
we ship internationally via CanadaPost. shipping charges for international orders are a flat fee of $20
delivery times can range from 7-15 days. if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
babette.ca is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Can I change my order
As soon as we get your order, we begin work on processing it. if it is a custom order, we will have made agreed upon changes before the order is made. once confirmed your order is finalized and cannot be changed.
Custom Order Guidelines
Custom orders (both knit + leather) can be requested by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and once the final design is confirmed, processing time can take up to 3 weeks. Each item is made with intention and love!
